Results oriented programs include:
PERSONAL TRAINING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
Each session is based on a 55 minute hour.
Fitness evaluations are strongly recommended
as your initial training session. Tests
might include blood pressure and heart rate
monitoring, body composition and girth
measurements, tests of cardiovascular
evaluation, resting metabolic testing
(conducted by our registered dietitian), and
muscular strength and endurance test.
As a professional courtesy, there will be no
charge on sessions that are cancelled with
more than twenty-four (24) hours notice.
