Pilates On The Move


Pilates is an exercise program designed to coordinate the body, mind, and spirit. Our Pilates programs develop the body uniformly, improve postures, restore physical vitality, and teaches you to gain complete control of your body and muscular system.

Our expert team of instructors are all certified in Romana’s Pilates (The Authentic Method), and Core Dynamics. Before becoming Pilates on the Move instructors, each one of our team members have had a minimum of 600 teacher training hours and group seminar instruction. In addition, each instructor is required to maintain annual certification requirements.

Our Pilates studio is fully equipped with Gratz equipment.


PILATES PROGRAMS INCLUDE:

Equipment Training
Private Sessions:
A one-on-one workout with a certified teacher tailored to your specific needs and fitness level.

Semi-Private and Trio Sessions:
A workout designed for two or three people training simultaneously. Sessions are more self-directed and require previous Pilates experience.

Mat Training
Classes:
A workout designed to maximize your results when combined with a home program or private session(s). There is a maximum of 8 participants per class. Class schedule is updated every 6 weeks.

*Prior Pilates experience is necessary to participate in Pilates on the Move mat classes. This is to ensure you have a full understanding of the Authentic Pilates exercises necessary to complete the mat class with good results.

Pilates for Golf
This unique exercise program focuses on a series of stretches and movements to prepare your body for optimal strength and flexibility of your golf swing. Pilates for Golf will help you hit the ball consistently farther and straighter, while reducing risk of injury and back pain.

All Pilates sessions are 45 to 50 minutes in length and are available by appointment only. Pilates on the Move adheres to a strict 24 hour cancellation notice.
